ONCOVALUE continues to strengthen its engagement in European clustering and stakeholder collaboration activities through participation in key events focused on digital health, real-world evidence and healthcare innovation, particularly within the MetaReal Cluster ecosystem.
The MetaReal Cluster is a collaborative initiative bringing together 6 European-funded projects (ONCOVALUE, Real4reg, INSAFEDARE, REDDIE, REALM, More-EUROPA) working on the use of real-world data, digital technologies and advanced methodologies to improve healthcare research, regulatory processes and patient outcomes. By fostering synergies among projects, the cluster promotes knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement and the development of interoperable and patient-centred solutions across Europe.
As part of these efforts, the coordinator HUS participated in the Real4Reg Consortium Meeting (19-20 May 2026), hosted by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM). The meeting brought together partners and stakeholders working on advancing the use of real-world data and regulatory innovation to support evidence generation and healthcare decision-making across Europe.
At the same time, PNO Innovation Italy partecipated in Medical Informatics Europe (MIE 2026, 25-28 May 2026), one of Europe’s leading conferences dedicated to digital health, artificial intelligence in medicine and healthcare data innovation. The event provided an important opportunity to engage with researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers and fellow EU-funded projects working on the future of digitally enabled healthcare systems, including the INSAFEDARE project, which together with ONCOVALUE is part of the MetaReal Cluster.
Through these clustering activities, ONCOVALUE strengthens collaboration with European projects and stakeholders, increasing the project’s visibility and supporting innovation in value-based cancer care.
