How can health data help healthcare systems make better decisions and ultimately improve cancer care? ONCOVALUE will bring this conversation to Meet in Italy for Life Sciences 2026.

On 13–14 October 2026, ONCOVALUE will be represented at Meet in Italy for Life Sciences (MIT4LS) in Rome by project partner PNO Innovation Italia. Chiara Zocchi and Simona Mincione, representing PNO Innovation Italia, will be there to present ONCOVALUE, engage with the life sciences community and explore new opportunities for collaboration around the project’s work and results.

Promoted by Cluster ALISEI, Meet in Italy for Life Sciences brings together researchers, healthcare professionals, companies, institutions, investors and innovators to exchange perspectives, build partnerships and discuss the priorities shaping the future of health and life sciences.

This year’s programme has a particularly strong connection with the work carried out within ONCOVALUE. Among the central themes of the 2026 edition are data strategy and governance, value-based healthcare, clinical research, innovation and collaboration across the life sciences ecosystem.

For ONCOVALUE, these topics go to the heart of a key challenge: making better use of the wealth of information generated in routine cancer care.

The project is developing solutions to improve the collection, harmonisation and analysis of real-world oncology data, supporting the generation of robust evidence on the effectiveness and value of cancer treatments. By making health data more accessible and actionable for research and decision-making, ONCOVALUE aims to contribute to more evidence-driven and value-based cancer care across Europe.

Participation in MIT4LS will provide an opportunity to share ONCOVALUE’s work with the wider life sciences community, connect with relevant stakeholders and explore potential synergies around health data, real-world evidence and value-based healthcare.
