Consortium Meeting November 2023

Consortium Meeting November 2023

On November 6-7 2023 ONCOVALUE held its second Consortium Meeting in Milan. Since the start of the ONCOVALUE project in December 2022 this was the second time all the members of the consortium came together to share insights and knowledge. Over the course of two days, several of the partners delivered engaging presentations to showcase the progress of the project and deliver on first results. Hosting insightful workshop sessions also contributed to the proactive sharing of knowledge and helped shape the plans for the second year of the ONCOVALUE project. The interactivity in the discussions sparked great ideas and provided valuable insights, thus shaping the upcoming phases of our project and fostering opportunities for enhanced collaboration.

Building Stronger Connections for co-creation

As a European project, working across borders and specialisms, this is particularly helpful to ensure all ideas and opinions are aligned. In addition to advancing our project objectives, the meeting also allowed us to strengthen connections among partners. These improved relationships will undoubtedly contribute to even more seamless co-creation. It also aids in creating a shared understanding and helps see what everyone brings to the table when it comes to personality, experience, and knowledge. The discussions were insightful and proved to last. Even when sitting down for dinner many of our project members were passionately discussing the project. Which helps show the importance of these physical meetings.

Proactive sharing of knowledge

Looking Ahead to Helsinki: June 2024

Taking strength from our last two meetings, the next Consortium Meeting is already on the horizon. It is scheduled for June 2024 in Helsinki. We will then again share progress, and insights and evaluate the workings of the project and its outcomes. We can’t wait to see all of our partners in person again.

Let’s continue our mission to promote and enable value-based cancer care through Real World Data.
