Short biography
As a junior researcher at IPO Porto Research Center, I have experience with healthcare data collection, management and analysis, and applying data science to real-world data, including electronic health records and patient-reported outcomes, particularly in cancer epidemiology, non-communicable diseases, and One Health.
Research focus
Being part of the ONCOVALUE consortium will allow building a strong networking and collaboration between clinical and technical partners, sharing experiences and knowledge on collection, harmonization and, analysis of high-quality real-world data of European cancer hospitals, unlocking its full potential to facilitate decision-making of regulators on the cost-effectiveness of novel cancer therapies and, ultimately, contributing to value-based health care in patients diagnosed with cancer.
I leverage my expertise in healthcare data science and research study design to implement and validate solutions in cancer hospitals across Europe.
